What You’ll Receive
A Personal Three-Card Reading
Three cards are drawn just for you and read together to look at the main themes and likely developments in the month ahead. I then write a full-page letter explaining what your cards may mean for you. Every reading is drawn and written personally—it is not a horoscope or a message sent to everyone.
Your Three Tarot Cards
The three cards drawn for your reading are included with your letter for you to keep. As the months pass, your personal tarot collection will grow — creating a record of the cards that have appeared throughout your year, including any that return again.
Your Personalised Affirmation & Ritual Card
Created especially for you, the card reflects the main theme of your three-card reading. It includes a personal affirmation and a simple ritual—such as journalling, lighting a candle, setting an intention or taking one meaningful action—to help you connect with your reading throughout the month.

I draw three cards with you and the coming month in mind, then write your personal letter.
03 Your Letter is Posted
Your personalised reading, three tarot cards and Affirmation & Ritual card are carefully packaged and posted to your letterbox.

Everything you need to know before you subscribe
Do I need to ask a question?
No. This is a general reading for your month ahead, so you don’t need to send me a question. I draw three cards with you and the coming month in mind and read them together to see the main themes and likely developments that may be unfolding for you.
When will my first letter be sent?
Every letter is prepared personally.
The date you subscribe determines which month your first letter will cover.
Subscribe by the 15th to receive the following month’s letter. Letters are prepared after orders close and posted around the 20th of each month.
For example: Subscribe by 15 October and your first letter will be for November. Subscribe from 16 October and your first letter will be for December.
Letters are sent by standard untracked post. Delivery times vary by location, and international letters may take longer to arrive.
Subscription and cancellation
The Month Ahead Reading is an ongoing monthly subscription.
Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged $29 AUD for Australian subscriptions or $39 AUD for international subscriptions when you first subscribe, and then monthly on the date you originally subscribed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid your next payment, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date.
Cancelling your subscription stops future payments. It does not cancel or refund a Month Ahead Reading that has already been paid for, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
There is no minimum subscription period.
Shipping and delivery
Postage is included in the subscription price for your delivery region.
Letters are sent by standard untracked post.
Delivery times vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering.
If your letter has not arrived within a reasonable delivery period, please contact Mystical Mandala.
What if I need to change my address?
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when subscribing.
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Or update it through your customer portal and email info@mysticalmandala.com before the 15th of the month
Once your month ahead reading has been prepared or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be made.
If an envelope is sent to an incorrect address supplied with the order, a replacement cannot be guaranteed.
My Month Ahead Reading hasn't arrived
The Month Ahead Reading is sent by standard untracked letter post, so occasional postal delays can occur.
If your reading has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch, please contact us with your name and order number.
We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
What if my envelope arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- your order number;
- a photograph of the envelope; and
- photographs showing the damaged contents.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy where required.
