Everything you need to know before you subscribe
Is the tarot reading personalised?
No. Three tarot cards are drawn for each month’s Oracle Envelope and the same collective month-ahead reading is sent to all subscribers.
The reading looks at what the cards suggest may unfold during the month. Because everyone’s circumstances are different, take what resonates with your own life.
When will I receive my first Oracle Envelope?
Every letter is prepared personally.
The date you subscribe determines which edition you will receive first.
Subscribe by the 15th to receive the following month’s Oracle Envelope. Envelopes are prepared after orders close and posted around the 20th of each month.
For example: Subscribe by 15 October and your first Oracle Envelope will be the November edition. Subscribe from 16 October and your first will be the December edition.
All envelopes are sent by standard untracked post. Delivery times vary by location, and international orders may take longer to arrive.
Subscription and cancellation
The Oracle Envelope is an ongoing monthly subscription.
Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged $19 AUD for Australian subscriptions or $29 AUD for international subscriptions when you first subscribe, and then monthly on the date you originally subscribed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid your next payment, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date.
Cancelling your subscription stops future payments. It does not cancel or refund an Oracle Envelope that has already been paid for, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
There is no minimum subscription period.
Shipping and delivery
Postage is included in the subscription price for your delivery region.
Letters are sent by standard untracked post.
Delivery times vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering.
If your letter has not arrived within a reasonable delivery period, please contact Mystical Mandala.
What if I need to change my address?
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when subscribing.
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Or update it through your customer portal and email info@mysticalmandala.com before the 15th of the month
Once your month’s Oracle Envelope has been prepared or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be made.
If an envelope is sent to an incorrect address supplied with the order, a replacement cannot be guaranteed.
My Oracle Envelope hasn't arrived. What should I do?
The Oracle Envelope is sent by standard untracked letter post, so occasional postal delays can occur.
If your envelope has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch, please contact us with your name and order number.
We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
What if my envelope arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- your order number;
- a photograph of the envelope; and
- photographs showing the damaged contents.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy where required.
